With over 20 years of HR expertise across industries like construction, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and education, Terri specializes in building strong workplace cultures. As a consultant for the past six years, she’s helped over 50 businesses enhance leadership, teamwork, and employee engagement through coaching and workshops on leadership development, team building, and workplace training.
